Suzanne Colson

HEAD OF COMPLIANCE

Suzanne has over 16 years’ experience within the insurance industry, including senior underwriting and commercial broking roles. As the group’s Head of Compliance, she is responsible for developing and keeping up to date, our company policies and procedures, ensuring we comply with regulatory and ethical standards. Her strong background within the insurance industry and highly analytical nature are crucial to her role, given she conducts regular audits on her colleagues, and is required to be knowledgeable on all the duties and responsibilities of her peers.

Outside of the office, she has a keen interest in photography and enjoys exploring new bike trails with her young family.
