Carol Findlay

Carol joined the Frank team in June 2021 and brings decades of broking experience across a broad range of commercial clients. She has worked with businesses of all sizes, supporting them with tailored risk management and insurance solutions to protect their operations and growth.

Before joining Frank, Carol held a senior role at a large commercial broking house and also gained international experience working in the United Kingdom for a major insurer. This combination of local knowledge and global perspective enables her to deliver well rounded advice to her clients.

Outside of work, Carol is an active outdoors enthusiast who enjoys road cycling, hiking and horse trekking.
