Broker Support

Jen brings a strong background in commercial insurance and financial lines to her role at Frank, where she works alongside one of our Directors supporting the management of a diverse client portfolio.

Jen originally joined Frank in 2020 and progressed from administration into Broker Support, working across both commercial and domestic insurance. When the world opened again after the COVID-19 lockdowns, Jen moved to Melbourne for a few years, where she continued her insurance career as a Financial Lines Account Executive. Her experience there included Professional Indemnity, Management Liability, Cyber and Directors & Officers insurance, ranging from standard covers through to more complex multi-layered programmes.

Now back in the Waikato and back with the Frank team, Jen brings valuable international broking experience, strong technical knowledge and a practical, client-focused approach to her role.

Jen holds a Bachelor of Management Studies with Honours from the University of Waikato, a Level 5 Certificate in Financial Services – General Insurance, and an ANZIIF Tier 2 Broking Qualification.
