Rebekah Nichols

Rebekah joined Frank in 2026 as a Senior Broker, and is experienced in commercial and corporate broking with a strong technical background and a real focus on building long-term client relationships. She has worked across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, food and beverage, agribusiness, forestry, iwi, life sciences, pharmaceuticals and large property risks.

Before joining Frank, Rebekah spent seven years at a large corporate brokerage, most recently as an Associate Director. She managed complex corporate insurance programmes across both New Zealand and international markets, including placements in London and Singapore, and developed strong relationships with local and offshore insurers.

Rebekah is particularly passionate about getting to know her clients and their businesses, providing practical risk advice and developing insurance programmes that genuinely meet their needs. Her proactive approach has seen her maintain an exceptional client retention record, while also successfully helping win and grow significant commercial accounts.

She also brings considerable leadership experience, having led and mentored a team of six and acted as a technical resource for colleagues working across complex risks. Rebekah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Massey University and the New Zealand Compliance for Advisers qualification through ANZIIF.
