Sophie Laurie

Employee Benefits Administrator

Sophie joined the Frank Life team in 2026 as Employee Benefits Administrator, working closely with Edmund to support the administration and ongoing management of our group employee benefits clients.

Before studying her bachelor of Communication at the University of Waikato, Sophie worked at as a Facilities Coordinator and Site Lead, gaining valuable experience in administration, customer service, operations and relationship management.

Alongside her role at Frank, Sophie also teaches as a reformer Pilates instructor.
