Anna began her career in the life and health insurance industry in 2017, working closely with retail, commercial, and rural clients to help protect what matters most. She's taken some time out to start a family and qualify as a payroll adviser, experience that's strengthened her people-first approach and sharpened her appreciation for practical, efficient processes.
Anna is passionate about delivering great customer service and being a reliable source of support for both clients and the wider team. She enjoys helping to ensure things run smoothly and takes pride in making sure people feel looked after.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys spending time with her children, practising reformer Pilates, and unwinding to a bit of country music.
